El-Jefe House Espresso Blend
El-Jefe House Espresso Blend
An unlikely partnership between a bold, chocolatey Brazilian and a complex, funky and fruity Colombian has created a truly balanced boss of a blend. Though it is a medium roast designed to be best for espresso, it also kicks like a mule in filter processes. Versatile like any good head honcho.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
ESPRESSO - For use in espresso-based beverages, we recommend an 18g dose of ground coffee to a 36-40g liquid espresso yield over 27-30 seconds.
FILTER - We think this blend works best in most filter methods with a 60g per litre (or 1:16.6˙) Ratio.

Top notch customer service. Really lovely staff member who served me today! Fantastic coffee, fantastic carrot cake.
Oliver Armstrong
Delicious coffee and friendly staff, thank god they don’t have a light roast overripe fruity number, as the additional grinder would create a clustered look!
Aaron Taylor
Coffee has improved ten fold under the newest owners, I’d still love to see a light roast overripe fruity number as a signature upgrade but appreciate that would mean a whole extra grinder. The chap serving is also a massive improvement over previous staff.
